We're overjoyed to say that there's a Clayhill track being used on the brand new film from renowned British director Shane Meadows. The critically acclaimed and prize-winning 'This Is England' is out in cinemas now and the cover of The Smiths 'Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want' has been chosen to appear in the film.
The track is played in its entirety (or near enough) at a very poignant part of the film and is getting a great reception, and so to celebrate this, we're releasing a special download Clayhill compilation via iTunes. Titled 'Afterlight', it showcases some of the finest Clayhill tracks and is going to be available for less than a fiver.
The band are currently working on demos for their next record and are looking to get it out later next year. There are cuurently no live shows booked and there won't be until all songs are written and recorded.
